Walk & Talk with Dr. C

Step outside. Breathe deep. Connect with nature and community—one walk at a time.

Watch this quick video to hear why I created the LifeBack Walk & Talk series.

Launching September 2025 on the second Saturday of each month

A simple step. A powerful shift.

It’s more than a walk—it’s a step toward whole health.

Join me, Dr. C, for a moment to pause, to breathe, and to take a small step toward feeling better.

Walk & Talk is a monthly community walk designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your health, and others.

You don’t need to train for anything or have the perfect routine. Just show up, be present, and move your body.

Sometimes, the best way to start feeling better is to simply go for a walk—with people who care, in a place that restores.

Simple. Free. Encouraging.

Breathe easier outdoors

Spending time outside improves mood, lowers stress, and helps us reset.

Walking boosts heart health and mental clarity. And doing it together—alongside a supportive, welcoming community—makes it more enjoyable and more sustainable.

Walk & Talk gives you space to breathe, move, and connect.
