Join Dr. C for a plant-powered women’s retreat in a luxurious Outer Banks home. Over three days, you’ll reconnect with your body, reset your habits, and rediscover joy in a peaceful coastal setting—through plant-based meals, beach yoga, energizing workouts, and supportive community.

Fees and payment details
✅ All payments are final and nonrefundable.
✅ Pay in full or use a payment plan.
✅ A nonrefundable $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot if booking more than 60 days in advance.
✅ The full balance is due 60 days before the retreat.
✅ If you book within 60 days of the retreat, full payment is due at the time of booking.
✅ We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
