I don’t remember my first gymnastics class, but I do remember cartwheeling all over the house—driving my mom a little crazy.

But as an adult, that spark faded. I was tired, in pain, and stuck in poor eating habits.

Everything shifted when I discovered plant-based food. Just like gymnastics once lit me up, nourishing food gave me energy, healing, and a new passion: helping others do the same.

So where do you start?
