The Harvest Fest maybe over, but our sweet cravings stick around.
I learned to make swaps that feel good now and still feel good later.
Here are my go-to’s:
✅ Popcorn or pretzels instead of candy corn
✅ Dark chocolate covering fruit or nuts instead of milk bars
✅ Dried or frozen fruit instead of gummies
✅ Trail mix without candy instead of those with it
These swaps give you crunch, flavor, and sweetness, but with ingredients that fuel energy instead of draining it.
