The LifeBack Whole Path Program is the most complete offering—it combines the entire 8-week Whole Path Course with 10 weeks of group coaching. You’ll get guidance from Dr. C, support from other women on the journey, and a clear path to eating well, feeling energized, and living fully. No meds. No calorie counting. Just real food and real change.
